Your Favorite Aspects of Quilting
I am not so into the traditional quilts, although I like using the traditional methods. does that make sense?? I often make art quilts, never make "wearable" quilts and have been known, on occasion to whip out a log cabin or heart and gizzards extravaganza. I love to weave fabric strips into a new fabric and then quilt with it. I enjoy three dimensional quilts .... and have this antique quilt rack in my family room, with a small train quilt on it. one of my greatest joys is walking into the home of a friend or loved one and seeing my work being used -- not displayed
