Reader Submissions: Tell Us About Your Quilt Guild

New quilters are among the readers who use patterns and other resources here at About.com Quilting, and I receive many emails asking if I know the names and meeting times of quilting guilds. I usually must answer no -- guilds are everywhere and my direct knowledge is about groups in my general area.

Use this form to tell members of the online quilting community about your quilt guild. Everyone can use this same form, at least for now, and I'll split the answers into state or regional groups once many people have responded.
