Flying Geese Units for Block #1
- Arrange a small gold square on each unit from previous page, right sides together and marked lines as shown, top illustration.
- Sew two seams on each unit, each a scant 1/4" from the marked line.
- Cut each unit apart on the original drawn line.
- Press triangles open to create four flying geese units (bottom illustration). Units should each measure 2" x 3-1/2".
- Repeat to make a total of (60) identical flying geese units.
