This version of the Road Trip quilt is square, because it has an additional row on its right-hand edge.

Here's what the Road Trip quilt would look like with an extra column added to its right hand side. Notice that the quilt is square. You'll need seven extra squares to create this layout, plus a bit of additional fabric for borders, backing, batting and binding.
