The Framed Nine Patch baby quilt pattern is the first of several new baby quilts that I'll publish during April. At 45-1/2" x 60-1/2" it's larger than normal, and not a small crib quilt, but works well as baby turns into a toddler.
The quilt is assembled with strip piecing techniques. Its focal block is sewn next to Snowballs, which always link to adjacent patchwork to provide diagonal movement across the face of a quilt, and it's beginner friendly -- you can make this quilt even if it's your first project.
