The colorful quilt blocks in this quilt are each made up of four small maple leaf units separated by sashing, and with a center cornerstone. The alternate blocks are Snowballs with deep red corners that link with the maple leaves to create the diagonal flow. It's a large quilt, finishing at 82" x 110", but you can adjust the size by sewing fewer blocks or by changing or eliminating borders.
