The Original Six

From Joan: This quilt was five years in the making. My husband wanted a quilt with the original six hockey teams on it, and I had a hard time finding some of the shirts. I was able to get two shirts from gals in Canada and one from a gal in Detroit, all three I have never met but have spoken to on a quilt chat group. In between, we moved and the t-shirts got packed away. This year, I took a t-shirt quilt class and finally finished his quilt which he loves so much that he has it hanging in his office at work. The quilt is 72x84. I used Warm & Natural batting and machine quilted it on a Viking Megaquilter and a Grace next Generation frame.
