My Twenties Quilt

From Orla: "I've always had a lot of t-shirts but recently I went through my wardrobe and realized I hadn't worn many of them for months even years. I couldn't bring my self to throw them out so I decided I'd make a quilt from them. I had about 30 t-shirts at this stage, in my mind not enough, I wanted a big double bed quilt. I asked all of my friends to donate a shirt. It took me about 2 months to collect them all together and I assembled it over the winter holidays. It represents my life for the past 10 years with all my mates intertwined. I think it's sweet."
