2009 New Year's Day Mystery Quilt Photo Gallery

Members of the Quilting Community came by on New Year's Day 2009 to make this little mystery quilt. I released updates throughout the day, beginning at about 8 a.m. eastern time and ending at about 5 p.m. The quilt finishes at 28" x 28".

It's wonderful how everyone interpreted the pattern in their own way, and I know there are more quilts out there. I hope you'll send me a photo of your quilt, no matter when you finish it. Send a picture of the unquilted top or of the quilted and bound project -- whichever you prefer.

Viewing this gallery takes away the mystery, but the pattern is permanently archived on the site, so make it any time you feel like sewing a little quilt.
