If You Want a Scrappier Tulip Quilt
Vary fabrics in your patchwork tulip blocks to make them a little scrappier. Instead of making tulips from just one fabric, two of the blocks above use a second, but related, fabric for the squares.If these look a bit "off" it's because those squares aren't really sewn in place--they're just stuck on top of an existing block--an easy way to preview changes.
