Almost a Bow Tie is an excellent pattern choice for quilt block swaps, because quilters of every skill level can stitch it perfectly the very first time. The block resembles a bow-tie pattern, but without the set-in seams. Pull out your rotary cutter and ruler and you'll be ready to start sewing in no time at all.

8" Finished Quilt Block

Follow the pattern to make two identical quilt blocks. Stitch up more blocks if you want to assemble a quilt.
