Arrange the Quilt Blocks and Sashing

Sew the quilt blocks and sashing into diagonal rows.

Use the illustration on this page as a guide to help you arrange the quilt blocks and sashing. Notice that very-dark blue bars surround the outer perimeter of the quilt.

Sew the sashing elements in long, narrow rows together. Press seam allowances towards the light-blue and very-dark blue cornerstones.

Sew the sashing units between blocks in diagonal rows. Press seam allowances towards the quilt blocks. Do not join rows yet.
