1. Q. Do you have a quilting forum?
   A. We have three quilting forums, with lots of beginning and experienced quilters who love to quilt and talk about quilting.

   • Stop by the General Quilting Forum or Art Quilts Forum whenever have a question or just want to chat.

   • The Quilting Professionals' Forum is a place for quilting pros to get together and talk about their business--but non-pros should check it out too, since those members are a wonderful resource for products and services.

   A. Sure. Try my Beginning Quilters folder first. You'll find easy tutorials, a glossary and lots of patterns to make your first quilts a cinch to make.

3. Q. My online quilting friends are looking for ideas for a Block of the Month swap. Do you have any BOM quilt patterns?
   A. Block of the month swaps are always a hit. It's usually important to choose blocks that a beginning quilter isn't afraid to tackle--but that are just as fun for the experienced quilters to stitch up. You'll find quite a few selections in my Quilt Block Patterns folder.

   A. It's fine to print them for your own personal use--that's why I'm here. But the original content written by About Guides is copyrighted and cannot be reprinted commercially without written permission. The New York Times processes and approves all reprint requests. Take a look at the reprint request form to learn more.
