Springtime Ribbons Quilt Pattern

Springtime Ribbons was inspired by a line of pink-ribbon fabrics, but you can choose any theme you like for the quilt.

Traditional patchwork Spool blocks alternate with Friendship Stars, and the two designs come together to create a circular motion across the face of the quilt. I've included two assembly options for each quilt block, to help beginning quilters see how easy it is to analyze blocks and alter existing instructions or develop their own patterns.
