Also known as Eight Points Allover, Kansas Star is a traditional patchwork quilt block that's made up of nine square-in-a-square units. Kansas Star is the first 'official' block published for the Backwards Medallion Sampler quilt. The block finishes at 6-inches square, and can look very different depending on your choice of color and color value. Quick piecing techniques allow Kansas Star to go together quickly and accurately.
