Talk About Civil War Quilts

Saturday January 10, 2009
Cincinnatikid is a member of the Quilting Forum. She recently developed a passion for Civil War quilts, saying, in part:

I saw a very simple brick quilt done in CW fabrics, and was surprised to find that I liked them... Never thought that would happen, as I had always thought CW fabrics were way too "dull" for me. Now I seek them out...

Her Forum post initiated a lively discussion about Civil War fabrics and designs. Jump over to the forum if you love Civil War quilts (and the fabrics from that era), or want to learn more about them. You don't have to be a member to browse the forum, but membership is free, and it's easy to sign up.
