March Forum Block Lotto: Shoo-Fly Quilt Block Pattern

Friday February 29, 2008

shoo fly quilt block patternAre you ready for spring? I am, and making these lively Shoo-Fly quilt blocks will help remind me that spring is almost here. Like other blocks in the Forum's 2008 Beginner Block Lotto, the Shoo-Fly finishes at 6-inches square. That's perfect for baby quilts, wallhangings or even a large quilt, but I've also included cutting instructions for a 12-inch version for those of you who want to make larger blocks for yourself. This one goes together quickly and once you've made a few I predict you'll love the look enough to keep stitching.
