Hi, Your site is the first thing I go to when I get on the computer. I am enjoying the block very much.

Thank you Pauline! I’m glad it’s helpful to you.
My quild did this block last month. I didn’t do it as I was finishing up a couple projects. My friend who doesn’t like complicated said that this block was real easy to do. She almost didn’t try it. She told me “oh you have to do this one it’s so much easier than it looks”. So I’m gonna make it.
Are we going to sew these blocks into a finished quilt? Should we try to make them all the same size?
It’s up to you how to use them. Most are 12-inches, and some have 6-inch options that could be grouped in fours to make a 12-inch block. I think it would make an excellent sampler. You can also sew multiples of a block to create a larger quilt with it. As I get the patterns on, I’ll go back and add cutting instructions and yardages for all of the blocks.
I enjoy your quilt patterns very much.
Do you have a pattern using the Bow Tie and using the 9 block pattern?
I have seen it but can’t find the pattern.
Thank You!!
Hey Alice, do you mean a nine-patch sewn next to a bow tie? Describe it a bit and I’ll see what I can find.
I am looking for a bow tie pattern that has the knot that is raised in the pattern.
